Not to upset the apple cart; but we just couldn't help ourselves! Pinot purists may turn up their nose, but we are tickled pink.

We are very pleased with this deliberately produced Rose. The fruit was picked at optimum ripeness and acidity to showcase the flavours from the vineyard. It was immediately soft-pressed to ensure none of the harsh tannins or bitterness of the skins were removed, and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the bright summery characters of our Pinot Noir.

Fermented dry, and bottled with minimal filtration, the resultant wine has flavours and aromas of tart red berries, pomegranate and cranberry. Its texture is sublime, and it finishes with a gentle trail of ginger and white pepper.
